Innovative continuous-action vacuum drying system. An exclusive, patented design by Baggio Tecnologie, the system enables continuous operation from air-drying through to stacking. Compared to a traditional batch-type vacuum dryer, the STARGATE system reduces labour requirements and the risks associated with inhalation, as it produces no vapours.
Leather dried in the STARGATE has a very natural appearance; temperatures can range from 35° to 90° C depending on the customer’s requirements, as can the degree of vacuum achieved during the drying process.
The combination of temperature, vacuum level and machine speed determines the final result of the dried product.
